2.1 The Licensor hereby grants to the Licensee a non-exclusive non-transferable, non-sublicenseable, license to allow the Prescribed Users to use the Handbook for the Approved Use anywhere in the world on the terms and conditions of this Agreement (the “License”). 2.2 As per Schedule 1 the license is valid until the 30th September 2021. 3. License Fee 3.1 The Licensee shall pay the License Fee (plus sales tax if applicable) to the Licensor on the date of this Agreement. 4. Warranty and disclamer 4.1 The Licensor warrants that it is the owner of the copyright in the Handbook and that to the best of its knowledge the use of the Handbook by the Licensee under this License will not infringe the rights of any third parties. 4.2 The information provided within the Handbook is for general informational purposes only. There are no representations or warranties, expressed or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability with respect to the information, products, services, or related graphics contained in the Handbook for any purpose. Any use of this information is at your own risk. GRBN assumes nor accepts any liability to any party for any loss, damage, or disruption caused by applying the information shared in the Handbook. 5. Licensor’s obligations 5.1 The Licensor shall supply the Licensee with a link to access the Handbook on the Relayto platform, from where the Licensee can also download a PDF version of the Handbook. 6. Licensee’s obligations The Licensee shall: 6.1 ensure that all Prescribed Users comply with the terms of this Agreement and only use the Handbook for the Approved Use;
