6.2 not remove, suppress or modify in any way any proprietary marking, including any copyright notice, on or in the Handbook; 6.3 not during or after the period of the License reproduce, modify, adapt, arrange, translate, develop, improve or make any change to the Handbook or any part of it nor make available to any third party any part of the Handbook except as expressly permitted by this Agreement; 6.4 take all measures necessary to prevent unauthorised copying or use of the Handbook and shall notify the Licensor immediately if the Licensee becomes aware of any unauthorised use or copying of any part of the Handbook by any person; 6.5 not without the previous written consent of the Licensor assign, transfer, sub-license or otherwise deal with its rights or obligations under this Agreement. 7. Termination 7.1 The license automatically terminates on the 30th September 2021, after which date the Licensee has no rights to use the Handbook nor or any part of it: 7.2 The Licensor may terminate the License immediately if the Licensee: 7.2.1 commits a fundamental breach of this Agreement; 7.2.2 is in breach of the Agreement and has failed to remedy such breach within 14 days of receipt of a written notice from the notifying party requiring the breach to be remedied or repeats any breach in respect of which a remedy notice has previously been issued; 7.2.3 ceases to trade or makes any arrangement or composition with its creditors or suffers an order for, or notice of intention or filing of documents in respect of the appointment of an administrator to manage its affairs, business or property, an order or resolution for its winding up, the appointment of a receiver over any of its assets or undertaking, or any circumstances arise which might give rise to any of the foregoing; 7.2.4 Suffers a change of control. 7.3 On the expiry or termination of the License for any reason the Licensee shall immediately destroy (at the Licensee’s discretion) all copies of the Handbook in any form and on any medium whatever in its possession. 7.4 The Licensee shall not be entitled to a refund of any part of the License Fee if the
