License is terminated under Clause 7.2. 7.5 Termination of this Agreement shall not affect the rights of either party under this Agreement which may have accrued up to the date of termination. 8. Confidentiality 8.1 Subject to clause 8.2, each party shall keep in confidence any information of a confidential nature relating to the other obtained under or relating to this Agreement, and shall not divulge any such information to any person without the consent of the other party. 8.2 Clause 8.1 shall not apply to information: 8.2.1 in the public domain (otherwise than by breach of this Agreement); 8.2.2 required to be disclosed by a court or other competent authority;
